Spray heads

Böhmer spray heads consists of a combination of cooling
and micro lube nozzles. Our high kinetic energy nozzles
enable the system to overcome the steam barrier
(Leidenfrost-Effect) faster than with conventional nozzle
technology. Contrary our micro nozzles deliver the highest
amount of atomization for the application of a uniform layer
of die lube. Additional options like dual media circuits and
media switching valves can enhance the performance of
your system.

Spray Machine and Robots

Independant if your preference is a 2-axis system or a flexible
robot - we can fullfill your demand. Böhmer’s heavy duty 2-axis
system can handle payloads of up to 650 lb. and are controlled
by the newest generation of Kuka PC-Controls.
We will integrate ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robotics for flexible
spray systems.

Valve Packages

" Life is not always perfect“ for this reason we have developed
our modular valve package system. If your compressed air,
die lube pressure fluctuates, or if your die lube requires extra
filtering before entering the system, we have a solution.
Our system can be additional equipped with volume and
monitoring controls to protect your die and conserve die lube.

Die Lube Mixing Station

Consistancy is the Alpha and Omega in die casting, therefore
consistancy in the die lube supply starts with the mixing unit.
Anolog metering valves do not live up to todays requirements,
for this reason Böhmer has developed units powering single
machines to plantwide systems.
